EACH PHASE IN THE PROCESS FITS INTO PLACE FOR THE BIG REVEAL IN THE END.

During this phase we dive deep into your preferences, measure and note which items are being used in the design.
We take this information to the drawing board and pull together preliminary materials, floor plans, and detailed 3rd party quotes.
This phase culminates in a Conceptual Design Presentation to view sourced materials and drawings. We have taken every option possible and narrowed it down to what you love.

During this phase our design direction is set. We solidify finishes, fabrics, furniture selections and create elevations and 3D renderings.
This phase culminates in a Detailed Design Presentation to view the final selections. All of the details are now pulled together to give you a warm and inviting design. A preview into what will soon be ordered + installed.

Final revisions and decisions have been made and the design is set. YAY!
Motif Homes begins purchasing all the beautiful and meticulously sourced materials. As each sourced piece arrives, Motif Homes works with a white-glove receiving and delivery service for assembly and storage until install day.
Not one item in the design will be your responsibility to manage or inspect. We handle it all.

As sourced items begin arriving at the receiving facility, contractors are simultaneously underway executing any contract work from the design plan.
This spans from large scale renovations to one room design implementation. While this phase can be a little dusty and messy, it is key to implement the design plan.
Trust us, it is all worth it in the end.

While you are out of the house, our team arrives to transform and style your home. This is what all of the planning + anticipation have been leading up to!
Final selections are installed and you are welcomed into your newly designed home.
